HOT YOGA 60 - HOT HATHA
Ready for your hot happy hour? This 60-minute class moves through the traditional series at a heart-pounding clip, perfect for seasoned students looking to supplement their regular practice. We recommend previous experience with the Original Hot Yoga 90-minute practice prior to taking a Hot Yoga 60 class. Heated between 100-105 degrees. Please note 5:30am classes are heated between 95-105 degrees.
HOT YOGA 90 - HOT HATHA
90 minute beginners Hot Hatha Yoga Class (aka "the science of will"). Class is designed to keep your body healthy and your mind strong. The class consists of 2 breathing exercises and 26 Hatha Yoga Postures that systematically stretch every part of the body to help increase oxygen levels and the flow of blood, alleviates body pains and disease, and rejuvenates the body. Want to get rid of your "chronic dis-ease" symptoms or just maintain a healthy lifestyle? This class is for you! Heated between 100-105 degrees. Please note 7am classes are heated between 95-105 degrees.
INFERNO HOT PILATES - (HIIT + PILATES)
Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) targets areas of the body that we don't hit in Bikram Yoga like the arms, abs and glutes. It's High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that is low impact, so it's easy on your joints and knees. It's heated to 95 degrees and set to music. Try it for a heart-pumping, fun time!
HOT HITT - SCULPT
Sweat. Tone. Transform . Build strength and flexibility using High Intensity Interval training with Pilates principles. No high impact movements so barefoot warriors get ready to transform your mind, body, and life.
RESTORE - HOT YIN
STRESSED OUT?!? Need a deep stretch? Check out one of our CENTERED classes to regain peace and centeredness without too much physical exertion. These classes are accessible to athletes, first timers, and your grandma.
Relax with focused stretching that allows muscles to lengthen, releasing strain on the skeletal system.
POWER FLOW - ALL LEVELS
Come get sweaty during our playful POWER YOGA class. Enjoy an epic savasana at the end for the ultimate. All levels welcome.
POWER FLOW 2
A vigorous level two POWER YOGA class to ignite the experienced practitioner or inspire anyone to see greater possibilities. Top it off with a meditation and sweet savanna at the end to create a sublime experience.
FLOW 75 - ALL LEVELS
Learn to go with the FLOW. Enjoy a Vinyasa class that FLOWS breath & postures together to help you stay present in the moment. Postures change from class to class to help you be more adaptable in life. These classes are led by expert instructors who will skillfully guide the class towards a specific posture, theme or focus, all while enjoying yogic philosophy and breath work. Top it off with a blissful meditation. Beginners Welcome.
FLOW LEVEL 1 + 2
This strong, rhythmic flow is intended for the practitioner who has an understanding of the flow & breath work. This class is open for all levels with modifications offered for the newer student and next level inspiration offered for the experienced practitioner. LEVEL 1 + 2
RESTORE - YIN + NIDRA
The most epic chill state imaginable. Start with 60 minutes of deep stretching Yin postures that lead you into a sweet meditative nidra rest.

SCULPT - PILATES MAT
Get ready to build, sculpt and tone abs, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips & glutes, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class. While low-impact, Pilates burns fat during and after class, as your muscles continue to shed calories long after class ends.
