Rickie
Rickie graduated from Bikram Yoga Teacher Training and was initiated into the Kriya Yoga lineage in the Spring of 2009 at Palm Desert and has been teaching ever since. He is a dedicated, life-long student of the lineage and completed a year-long Meditation Teacher Training Program with the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago in 2015. He maintains a counseling practice based on the 8 limbs of yoga and does thai yoga body therapy in addition to teaching group and private classes. Our everyday life is the grounds from which our spiritual journey and yoga path springs form; and Rickie combines his background in Western Medicine and yoga wisdom to help others awaken to God- Realization, a.k.a. Self- Realization.

Clyde
Clyde started his yoga practice in 2008 in Santa Clara and has been teaching yoga since 2013. He is a registered Yoga Alliance instructor - E-RYT 200/RYT 500. He has received teacher certifications in Ashtanga (with Tim Miller and David Swenson), Hatha Yoga (through Yogi Charu), Hot Yoga (Bikram style), Power Yoga, Sculpt, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Clyde has traveled extensively and have attended numerous yoga trainings and retreats. He is a student of the yoga practice first and has always maintained a daily practice. He is dedicated to inspire people of all abilities to build strength and flexibility through the positive energy of yoga.

Tanya
Tanya began practicing Hot Yoga 20 years ago after the birth of her fourth child. She completed the 250 hour Evolation Hot Yoga teach training in February of 2015. What she loves about yoga practice is the stillness of mind, strength, flexibility and confidence that comes over time. She especially enjoys the community at The Yoga Room and the opportunity to practice with her students.

Crystal
Crystal is originally from Taiwan and moved to San Francisco to major in Asian Studies in San Francisco. In 2010 she moved to Hawaii and she started practicing yoga right here in this studio.
 
Crystal believes that Bikram yoga is for everyone, old and young, flexible and not flexible.  She loves the sweat, the detoxification and the way that the practice clears her mind.  When she had the opportunity, she jumped on the chance to go to training, and completed in it in the fall of 2012.  After she graduated she traveled for 6 months and taught in Mexico & Chile.  She returned to our studio to teach after that. 
 
Crystal just returned from Asia where she taught in Bejing, Jakatar, Manila and Bangkok and is back with us again.  In her spare time, Crystal likes to travel, sail and spend time in the ocean.
